- A fine of Rs.5.00 per day will be imposed in respect of each lending book not returned by the due date.
- A fine of Rs.10.00 per hour will be imposed in respect of the Reference books borrowed for over-night use and not returned by 9.00a.m. the following day.
All payments should be made to the Bank of Ceylon or Peoples Bank Peradeniya and the receipt should be produced at the circulation counter.
