The Library subscribes to several electronic databases for the use of staff and students of the University. Access is given either through IP address or username/ password. The databases accessed through IP address can be used only within the university network but others can be used outside university premises. The databases accessed through username/ password can be used only within the university network as well as from home computers.
The subscribed electronic resources are protected under copyright law and publisher’s license agreements.
Some electronic resources are provided by the International Network for the Availability of Scientific Publications (INASP) under the Programme for the Enhancement of Research Information (PERi) and by World Health Organization(WHO).
The Open Access resources and some other important websites are also provided in this site.
