Library Orientation and User Education

Library orientation progammes are organized for new entrants to the Faculty of Science. Attendance at a library orientation progamme is compulsory to get library membership. On request, library provides following information literacy skills sessions for students in the faculty. Session Titles are;

• Identification Scientific Information in the World Wide Web: tips for search, manage and use
• Searching information for scientific writing

Senior Assistant Librarian is conducting these sessions. If interested students are requested to give their names to Science Library counter for registration Following user education sessions are provided by the Science Library for students and staff on request.
