Collection

The strength of the Dental Library collection by 2018 is approximately 2500 text books mainly on Dental Sciences. The collection includes monographs, serials, bound periodicals, CD-ROMs and audio –visual materials. The collection comprises following sections:

Permanent Reference Collection

Permanent reference collection comprises of bibliographies, encyclopedias, dictionaries, yearbooks etc. Users are not allowed to take out these books from the library. These books can be use only the in house of the library.

Reference Collection and Lending Collection

Reference materials and lending materials are available in the library.

Periodicals Collection

Bound and unbound periodical collections are available in the library. Current periodicals are displayed in the current display rack.
