The Veterinary Library provides membership to the teaching staff, undergraduates & postgraduate students wide range of readers in the University and outside with varying degree of facilities. All prospective library users should apply for library registration. The categories of readers, venues of registration, documentary evidence and facilities provided are as follows:

Books borrowed by users can be renewed for another two weeks if another user has not reserved the items. To renew such a book the user should produce the item at the circulation counter on or before the due date. If the user is unable to attend the library for renewal, he may send a letter or a post card with the following details;
Renewal of material will be done only once. Overdue books or the materials from the reference collections will not be renewed.
