Turn right from the main roundabout on the Colombo-Kandy road, proceed along the New Galaha Road, passing the entrance to the Arts Theatre and turn right again. Go along the road leading to the Senate Building acrose the car park. Climb the flight of steps and turn right in front of the Senate Building, and proceed to the colonnade connecting the Arts Building to the Main Library. Turn left to enter the library.
