Opening of the Palm Leaf Manuscript Preservation Unit

Palm Leaf Manuscript Preservation Unit of the Main Library which fulfills a long felt need for the conservation and preservation of our Nation's Cultural and Intellectual heritage. The New unit will be declared open by Professor Upul B. Dissanayeke, The Vice Chancellor, University of Peradeniya on Tuesday, 15th May 2018 at 8.30 a.m at the basement of the Main Library.
